Come along with us as we reflect on the incredible highlights and major milestones of 2023, a year that marked our strongest growth success since the launch of Mi Invoices as a SaaS provider of automated invoice processing.
We kicked off the year by planning a series of exciting events, including oracle5Live, Oracle Cloudworld Tour, APP2P and CloudWorld 2023. Our focus was on aligning our new USA team to drive growth in this market, as well as strengthening our presence in the UK.
In April, we attended the Oracle Cloudworld Tour in London and had the pleasure of meeting our customers and prospects in person. It was a great opportunity to network and connect to review issues being seen today.
Working alongside our four partners, we developed an ambitious plan for oracle5Live, aiming to make it even bigger and better than the previous year. We expanded our network by incorporating nine additional Oracle partners and gained support from Oracle's Cloud Application team and the Application Unlimited Team. The event took place on June 22nd and was a resounding success, with double the number of attendees compared to the previous year. We hosted 15 sessions where delegates heard inspiring success stories from our customers, gained insights from our partner experts, and learned about future trends from Oracle speakers. Stay tuned for oracle5Live 2024, which promises to be even more informative and impactful for business users!
In May, while planning for oracle5Live was underway, we also exhibited at the APP2P Spring event in Orlando, Florida. This event is renowned as the largest and most comprehensive gathering dedicated to Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay. It provided us with a valuable platform to exchange knowledge and best practices with experienced practitioners and innovative strategists in the field.
In September, we had the pleasure of exhibiting at Oracle Cloudworld in Las Vegas. It was an incredible week filled with exciting opportunities to meet new customers and reconnect with old friends. Many of our customers were curious about the differences between Mi Invoices and Oracle IDR, and for those who couldn't attend the event we addressed their questions during our LinkedIn Live event. If you missed it, be sure to check it out for valuable insights!
In October, we successfully hosted our Oracle Finance SIG at Oracle's London City Office, with support from Fujitsu and the Oracle Applications Unlimited Team. This special interest group event was specifically designed for Finance Business Users of E-Business Suite, focusing on automating processes in and around Procure to Pay. If you missed this event, mark your calendars for our next one in February.
To wrap up the year, we participated in the APP2P Fall event in Las Vegas in November. This event coincided with the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix, adding an extra level of excitement. The event was a huge success, featuring an engaging Oracle Peer-to-Peer session that sparked meaningful conversations among delegates. Based on their feedback, we created the LinkedIn Oracle Users Finance Forum group, where these conversations can continue. If you're an Oracle Finance Business User, we invite you to join the conversation!
These events have been instrumental in our continued success, allowing us to connect with customers, showcase our solutions, and stay at the forefront of industry trends. We are grateful for the support and engagement we have received throughout the year, and we look forward to more exciting opportunities in the future.
In addition to our in-person events, we have conducted several webinars and hosted our first LinkedIn Live events. These events showcased our Mi Invoices and provided valuable best practice recommendations on automating invoice processing as part of the customer's Procure to Pay processes and policies. If you missed any of these events, you can find them in our collection of on-demand webinars. You can also check out our Tips and Tricks videos, which offer insights to enhance your AP.
This was one of many new customer contacts that we won this year. We also gained our first sign-up in the USA, adding to the number of US users employing Mi Invoices to process their supplier invoices. We are proud to have customers across all sectors, including Financial Services, Utilities, Transport, Manufacturing, Local Government, and more.
