OVERVIEW

Arcivate has been an Oracle Gold Partner since 2010 and became one of the first Oracle Build Track Partners in January 2020. As the premium partner for implementing imaging solutions integrated with Oracle Business Applications. A history of successfully designing and implementing solutions helps our clients to exploit the rich functionality provided by the Oracle Software product suite.

Specialisation

As specialists in Document Management, Workflow Automation and document capture we became the experts in deploying WebCenter Imaging applications. Becoming the preferred partner of the Oracle WebCenter Team for the implementation of Invoice Automation solutions, integrated with Oracle E-Business Suite.

As part of our success, we became accredited with Oracle SOA and BPM and were awarded the Specialized Oracle Unified Business Process Management certification.

MOVE TO THE CLOUD

As Oracle moved to the cloud, we transferred our experiences with Oracle SOA to Oracle Integration Cloud to enable the integrations with business applications and Oracle ERP Platforms.

In the beginning, it was Integration Cloud Services (ICS), and we built our integration with Oracle E-Business Suite. When ICS was replaced by Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), we were awarded the Integrated with Cloud certification.

SAAS INVOICE AUTOMATION

In 2016 to meet the demand for cloud solutions we re-developed our on-premise solution to become our SaaS Automated Invoice Processing platform Mi Invoices. The solution takes into account all of our previous knowledge and experiences, which has resulted in a world-class leading Invoice Automation solution for Accounts Payable.

ORACLE CLOUD MARKETPLACE

In 2017 Oracle provided us with access to an Oracle ERP Financials Cloud environment and certified the integration of our Mi Invoices automated invoice processing solution. Awarding us Oracle Marketplace certification and publication.

ORACLE CLOUD BUILD TRACK PARTNER

In 2020 Oracle modernised its partner program replacing the precious metal partner status with specialized cloud tracks. Arcivate became the first Cloud Build Track Partner as part of Oracle's Modernised Partner Network.

Apps Unlimited Team

Working closely with the EMEA Apps Unlimited team we have become their recommended partner for Invoice Automation requirements for E-Business Suite.

Together with the Apps Unlimited Team, we initiated the Finance Special Interest Group (SIG), a series of events aimed at Business Finance Users of Oracle E-Business Suite, with the next event focusing on how AI can enhance Procurement Processes, P2P, and provide networking opportunities with industry experts and to share experiences with your peers.
